Registration is $175 per person and includes lodging, food, and retreat materials.

Join us February 27 – March 1 for Grace Fellowship’s Women’s Retreat. We will spend these few days focusing on what it looks like to be a disciple of Jesus in our everyday lives.

WHAT TO EXPECT:

WHEN
Check-in will be open from 5-7pm on Thursday, February 27, with the first session beginning at 7:00. The retreat will finish up BEFORE noon on Saturday, March 1.

WHERE
Heartland Retreat Center (3201 County Rd 225, Marengo, OH 43334). Everyone is responsible for their own transportation; but, it will be more fun if you find someone to ride with!!

FOOD
Eat dinner before you come to the retreat! There will be no meal on Thursday evening. We will enjoy 3 meals on Friday and breakfast on Saturday. Feel free to bring your own snacks to get you through to the next meal. Saturday’s lunch will be on your own as you travel home. There are bottle filling stations at the drinking fountains and coffee available in the cafeteria and breakout rooms.

LODGING
We will be sleeping in dorm style rooms with 5-8 other ladies from your campus of Grace OR the friend you request on your form. There are bunk beds, but we should have enough room for MOST of us to sleep on the bottom bed. If you need a bottom bunk, please indicate that on your registration and we will be sure to accommodate you! There are restrooms located inside the dorms with multiple toilet stalls, showers with changing areas, and plenty of sinks, outlets and mirrors!

PACKING
Bring your own bedding (twin sheets, pillow, blanket or sleeping bag), pajamas, towel and toiletries, comfortable clothes for the 3 days, water bottle/travel mug and any of your comfort items from home (sound machine, fuzzy slippers, etc). Be sure to bring your bible, journal, and pen, too.

ACTIVITIES
During the afternoon on Friday, there will be a few hours of free time! You can choose: pickleball, volleyball, basketball, nature trails or more relaxed things like board games, chatting with friends or even a nap! In the evenings after the sessions, the night owls can hang out and talk or play games (bring your favorite game to share). There is a place for a bonfire as well!

TEACHING
There will be 4 main sessions focusing on different discipleship areas. Each one will be followed by some time to have smaller group discussions with the ladies from your campus. Friday afternoon will also have 2 breakout sessions (you get to choose these on your registration) where you will get to dig deeper into what the profile of a true disciple looks like.
