You’ll work with a ministry supervisor whose goal is to equip you to engage with the ministry, staff, volunteers, and community in innovative, impactful ways. Additionally, you’ll be responsible for tasks and projects that will empower you to cultivate skills that will be beneficial for both your personal and professional growth.

COMMUNITY
You’ll actively participate in groups, leadership opportunities, studies, and activities that foster both personal and spiritual growth.

CONTRIBUTION
As you develop skillsets, work with your ministry supervisor, and interact with your departmental team, you will have the opportunity to perform meaningful work that contributes to the mission of God and vision of Grace.

Our overarching mission is to provide unwavering support for individuals along every step of their spiritual journey as they meet, follow, and share Jesus. In addition to our weekend services, we actively engage with local and global communities, foster leadership development, extend a helping hand to those in need, and undertake various initiatives to spread the Gospel message.

Why be a Grace Resident?

For those who are pursuing a call to serve vocationally through a local church, Grace Fellowship has designed a two-year ministry resident program to assist in, clarify, and affirm that calling. The program’s aim is to equip and invest in men and women living Jesus-centered lives who have a deep conviction to serve His Kingdom, and to help them find their best fit in vocational ministry.

The Program

Residency is a TWO-YEAR program designed to clarify and affirm your calling to serve vocationally through the local church. The program aims to EQUIP and INVEST in you as you navigate your calling.

YEAR 1
Your first 12 months will be spent intentionally rotating through a variety of ministries, departments, and campuses, providing you the opportunity to learn firsthand how to work within and lead those areas.

YEAR 2
Following a Year 1 assessment, in collaboration with your supervisor, you will have the opportunity to focus Year 2 in a specific area of ministry.

Noah Hazelrig

Former Resident

“I came into the Residency Program not knowing where I fit in full-time vocational ministry, and after a year of amazing opportunities in many different areas, I've truly found my place. Without the Residency Program I never would have gotten to experience so many sides of ministry, that then lead to such confidence in the one place I belonged.”

Alex Shaver

Former Resident

“I’ve learned so much about ministry, the local church, and myself in this short time. I’ve been challenged and stretched in my call to ministry while working along side an amazing staff that pushes me to Jesus.”

Tyler Piatt

Former Resident, Current Staff Member

“My residency at Grace has solidified my heartfelt calling into ministry. If I wasn’t in a moment of being taught, I was in a moment of being stretched and if I wasn’t in a moment of finding my identity in Christ, I was learning my passions and gifts. In every avenue I was given the ability to grow and for every opportunity, I am deeply thankful.”
